1. Services Provided

Fresh Floors LA provides commercial floor scrubber repair, maintenance, and related equipment services. Services are performed on-site at commercial facilities only. We do not provide residential or maid services.

 

Optional floor care services may be offered only as an add-on for existing repair or maintenance clients.

 

2. Service Appointments & Payment

All diagnostic service appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking.

 

Payment covers scheduling, travel, reserved service time, and on-site labor as applicable.

Parts, additional labor (e.g. repairs), or follow-up visits are billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

3. Cancellation, Arrival & Access Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

 

Fresh Floors LA provides mobile, on-site service within a scheduled time window. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the equipment and service location.

 

If access is not provided within 15 minutes of arrival, we will attempt to contact the client.
If access is not provided within 60 minutes of arrival, the service call may be considered completed, and payment is earned and non-refundable.

 

If access delays shorten the appointment window, the remaining service time may be reduced to stay on schedule.

 

4. Scope of Work & Approvals

Services are limited to the reported issue and related components.
Any repairs, part replacements, or additional work require client approval before proceeding.

 

Minor adjustments or system resets may be performed when appropriate. Preventive maintenance recommendations are optional and not mandatory.

 

5. Parts & Follow-Up Visits

Parts availability, pricing, and repair timelines are confirmed on-site or after inspection.
Some repairs may require ordering parts and scheduling a follow-up visit.

 

Fresh Floors LA does not guarantee same-day repair completion.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about equipment and issues

• Ensure safe and legal access to the service location

• Maintain a safe working environment for technicians

 

Fresh Floors LA reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or access is restricted.

 

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide effective and professional service, no guarantee is made that equipment can be repaired or restored to original condition. Older or heavily worn equipment may have limitations beyond our control.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Floors LA is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing equipment damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Delays caused by parts availability or third parties

 

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

 

9. Communication & Messaging

By booking a service or contacting us via phone, text, or email, you consent to receive service-related communications. Message and data rates may apply.
