Cancellation, Arrival & Wait-Time Policy All diagnostic and service call appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking. • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. Arrival & On-Site Wait Time: Our service is mobile and scheduled within a time window. If we arrive on-site and are unable to access the equipment or location within 15 minutes of arrival, we will attempt to contact the client. If access is not provided within 60 minutes of arrival, the service call may be considered completed, and the diagnostic fee is earned and non-refundable. If access is delayed but service is still possible within that window, the remaining appointment time may be shortened to stay on schedule. Once a technician is en route or on-site, the service call fee covers travel, scheduling, and reserved time.
